Bill has been in the real estate business since 1990, has managed and brokered for 15 of those years. Started auction business 13 years ago with much success in residential and commercial real estate sales, farm and ranch land as well as business liquidations with clients such as Via Christi hospitals, TWA airlines, Patriot Sales, Hackney Electric, Austin Pyrotechnics and many others.
In June of 2010 I attended Missouri Auction School. In March of 2011 I received my real estate license in the state of Kansas. I am an active member of the Kansas Auctioneers Association. I sell real estate in the state of Kansas. I use the auction method as well as the traditional listing method. If you have real estate or personal property to sell, call me and we will discuss all the options that are available. No auction is to big or to small. If you have a small household to sell or if you have an entire ranch to sell along with farm ground and farm machinery we can handle your auction.
The auction method of selling is becoming more and more popular among sellers. It is the best method for moving property fast with several buyers involved. We can market your property to a large crowd of people, they will all have the chance to pay what they believe it is worth to them, that day. They will be competing with each other for your items or your real estate. It will be true price discovery. Current market value on thousands of things ranging from million dollar mansions to baseball cards & antiques is set at auction every day .
I want to work for you. I want to be your Auctioneer & Real Estate Agent. If you have some personal property to sell or an entire estate, I want to sell for you. If you have real estate to sell, a single residence or a farm property with farm land, I want to sell for you. If you are in the market to purchase real estate, I want to be your Buyer’s Agent. Call me and we will meet and discuss all your needs. My company offers outstanding customer service and competitive rates. We are more than worth the phone call and a meeting; we have a lot to offer our customers. Before you decide who to hire as your Auctioneer or Real Estate Agent, contact me for a customized auction or listing proposal.

I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent and Realtor since 1991, and practiced since January 1, 1992.
My heart, for as long as I can remember, has always been for a safe, warm, clean environment for families to live in. I grew up in a lower class neighborhood. Both my parents worked, we always had everything we needed including a solid relationship with our savior; But even at the age of 7, I was formulating in my mind different ways to build or rebuild a house. In 1991, the world of real estate was opened up to me, I jumped on board and have enjoyed partnering with people to make their goals and dreams come true ever since. My passion is to see that everyone who wants to own a home will be able to do that. It has always been said that the average family will change homes three times in their lifetime. Starter home, raising the family home, dream home. I think there is another, that would be the retirement home. It is a pleasure to partner with my clients no matter where they are in this process. If I can be of help to anyone, it will be my pleasure to do so.
